The hacker is linked to North Korea and previously launched a $292 million cross-chain bridge attack against LayerZero in April. “New King of Crypto” Serenity: Google’s $8 Billion Financing Could Benefit AI Supply Chain Giants Like Micron and TSMC
“New King of Crypto” Serenity posted that he did not anticipate Alphabet, Google’s parent company, needing to raise capital to support an $8 billion AI capex plan, noting that the funds will be used for AI infrastructure buildout at hyperscale cloud service providers.
According to him, the financing includes a $4 billion ATM issuance plan, $3 billion in equity and related securities issuance, and a $1 billion investment from Berkshire Hathaway.
Serenity believes Alphabet’s expanded AI capex could benefit upstream supply chain players such as Lumentum (LITE), Broadcom (AVGO), MediaTek, TSMC (TSM), and Micron (MU). However, he also cautioned that such massive capex is not fully funded by free cash flow, implying potential negative impacts for Google shareholders.

Earlier, a report from Iranian state media caused oil prices to spike dramatically, claiming Tehran would not only halt negotiations but also vow to “completely block” the Strait of Hormuz. Trump said: “I believe oil prices will drop like a rock in just a very short time.”
