Solana On-Chain Momentum Continues: "Celebrity Coins" PVP Ends, Ansem Begins to Gain Momentum

The Solana momentum initiated by Ansem is far from over. $ANSEM reached a new all-time high yesterday, briefly approaching a market cap of $180 million.

As the most prominent token in this Solana meme rally, $ANSEM's stable performance has sustained the momentum. BlockBeats has closely tracked and reported on this surge:

「600x in 24 hours—how long can this Solana meme last?」

「Celebrity memecoins are being rebranded as VC-style plays again」

We highlight the two articles above because the narrative shift in this rally has been rapid. By reviewing these pieces, one can grasp how dramatically the sentiment evolved within less than a week.

Initially, we believed that $ANSEM had driven KOLs into the space, fueling a token like $TJR with a market cap peaking near $30 million. The "celebrity coin" thesis seemed to dominate this cycle—a familiar rhythm for on-chain PVP players who returned en masse on June 30th, betting on low-cap, early-stage projects to outpace others through speed and timing.

However, during a live stream that night, TJR effectively ended all hopes for $TJR’s second-tier dominance. He declared diversification highly detrimental, urging followers to refocus their attention solely on $ANSEM and push its market cap toward $1 billion.

With Ansem himself reinforcing this stance on X, supporting a singular focus on $ANSEM, we witnessed the following price action:

Players who had invested in $TJR likely bore the brunt of this pivot. However, the broader community responded positively to the consolidation of focus back on the leader, which remains a core driver behind $ANSEM’s sustained stability and today’s fresh all-time high.

Even more satisfying for participants was Ansem’s clear disinterest in promoting any other “celebrity coin” during his campaign. In fact, he made a soft statement suggesting celebrity coins were dull:

It’s worth noting that Ansem himself does not consider $ANSEM a “celebrity coin.” While the ticker is $ANSEM, he emphasizes that “The Black Bull” is itself a meme concept—the real essence:

“In ancient China, the black bull symbolizes diligence, strength, and reliability—it’s a meme representing the dawn of a bull market. It naturally applies across many domains, especially crypto, where X users have been pessimistic for too long. My social reach merely amplifies an already strong narrative.”

He also expressed support for rewarding content creators behind the $ANSEM meme. He stated he is actively seeking talent—artists, video producers, tweet creators—to help grow the meme, offering cash or token incentives:

Subsequently, Ansem pushed $NEST on his X account—marking a definitive pivot from “celebrity coins” to “Ansem’s curated picks.” He is now thoughtfully endorsing genuinely compelling on-chain projects.

After Ansem’s mention, $NEST surged from under $4 million to nearly $18 million market cap, currently holding around $12.4 million.

Nest enables users to mint stablecoins (nUSD) by tokenizing stocks or USDC. nUSD can be staked to earn snUSD, generating protocol revenue (projected annual yield: 6%) and dividends. After revenue distribution, leftover proceeds fund governance token ($NEST) buybacks and burns.

Ansem’s endorsement aligns perfectly with Solana’s growing momentum in U.S. stock trading. We discussed this trend—and Nest—in our article “America’s Chain Is Dead, Solana Is Becoming the U.S. Stock Chain.”

Another project repeatedly highlighted by Ansem is Kintara. Following his renewed mention, $KINS rose from ~$12 million to surpass $17 million market cap.

Kintara is a blockchain game currently regarded as a top-tier title on Solana. It’s a browser-based MMORPG: players need 1,000 $KINS in their wallet to enter, then they can chop trees, mine resources, fish, buy houses, battle monsters and bosses, and engage in PvP.

No additional in-game fees exist—only a reward wheel. To spin beyond once daily, players can spend $3 equivalent in $KINS. Of this income, 50% funds token buybacks and burns; the other 50% supports project maintenance and development.

The core gameplay loop is resource gathering → crafting gear → tackling tougher monsters. When lacking resources, players can purchase “Gold” from other players using in-game currency. Players may sell “Gold” priced in $KINS, with 5% going to treasury and 95% distributed to holders.

When we covered Kintara just over half a month ago, $KINS holders numbered under 8,700. Now, that figure exceeds 22,600. Active user count continues growing steadily—currently nearing 2,000 daily active users and over 27,000 monthly users.

Neither Nest nor Kintara were newly introduced by Ansem; both were previously mentioned in June. This consistency has earned him trust: he’s backing projects he already endorsed, and these are widely seen as strong, consensus-driven opportunities.

Of course, not every project he endorses immediately rallies. For example, Pumpcade, a prediction market, hasn’t seen immediate gains despite being labeled “Ansem’s curated pick.” Yet its trajectory has remained steady—consistently above $10 million market cap for three consecutive months, peaking near $50 million before settling around $25 million.

In pure meme coin territory, Ansem clearly favors $SOLANGELES. This project turns Solana-related events and popular memes (like Chillhouse, Troll, etc.) into humorous animations, narrating stories set in “Solana Los Angeles”:

In sum, we cannot claim every project Ansem mentions qualifies as “Ansem’s curated pick.” Some minor replies weren’t included here. Instead, the logic should follow:

- Narrative innovation: e.g., Nest’s U.S. stock DeFi mechanics

- Established player consensus on Solana, even becoming category leaders: e.g., Kintara

- For pure memecoins: sufficient maturity and ability to maintain high market cap under current conditions: e.g., Solangeles

Returning to $ANSEM, there’s a subtle sense that this feels like a superior BSC-style rally—but happening on Solana, led by foreigners:

- $ANSEM resembles a Binance Life scenario, but differs in that Ansem openly controls it. The similarity lies in maintaining strength despite widespread skepticism. Numerous KOLs participate, and many willingly distribute their holdings via engaging airdrop campaigns. “The Black Bull,” interpreted by Ansem through a Chinese cultural lens, might just resonate equally well with foreign Solana communities.

- Currently, Ansem refrains from leveraging his influence to fuel further “celebrity coin” PVP wars. Instead, he opposes fragmentation. Though some $TJR investors suffered losses, this prevented a rapid collapse after a PVP frenzy.

- The projects he promotes aren’t new launches but established, proven ones on Solana with strong narratives and community consensus. While people may critique $ANSEM, few dispute Nest, Kintara, or similar projects.

If future developments unfold optimally, $ANSEM could lead to expanded liquidity on Solana, enabling solid projects to leverage its dominant performance and climb to higher valuations—raising the benchmark for “mid-cap” to $30 million or beyond.
