Unlike the conventional models prevalent in the market—characterized by high inflation and heavy vesting lockups—Extended has adopted an exceptionally aggressive and community-centric economic structure: the total token supply is permanently capped at 1 billion units at genesis, eliminating any possibility of inflation or additional minting; during the initial airdrop targeting community integral users, 300 million XTEN (30% of total supply) will be fully unlocked at TGE with 100% immediate release, and the free float is strictly anchored to no more than 30%.
In terms of token utility, Extended has designed a six-tiered staking alliance system based on chess rank levels. Through tiered fee discounts, vault yield multipliers, and limited reserve reward releases, XTEN is deeply embedded into every stage of transaction matching and liquidity provision. Additionally, Extended becomes the first project on the Arc network to natively integrate Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP), enabling asset cross-chain destruction and minting without wrapping bridges, thereby establishing a benchmark for token design that balances high liquidity with robust regulatory compliance within decentralized derivatives infrastructure.

XTEN is the native token of the Extended ecosystem and serves as the core hub for exchange fee structures, staking programs, and vault rewards. Starting from the Token Generation Event (TGE), staking XTEN unlocks staking rewards, exclusive transaction fee discounts, and enhanced vault yields.
Maximum Supply: 1,000,000,000 XTEN (fixed total supply of 1 billion).
Community Airdrop Allocation: 300,000,000 XTEN (300 million), fully unlocked at 100% upon TGE.
TGE Unlock Ratio: Approximately 32.9% of total supply, with free float cap not exceeding 30%.
XTEN Staking System: Launched simultaneously with TGE, featuring tiered league levels starting from 500 XTEN.
All 300 million XTEN (exactly 30% of total supply) are exclusively allocated to qualified participants in Extended’s Integral Points Program and fully unlocked at TGE. No cost or fee is required to receive these airdropped assets.
To officially receive XTEN tokens, participants must sign the service agreement via the official mobile application. Specific terms and the signing window will be announced separately.
By default, XTEN will be directly distributed to the original wallet address tied to the user’s Extended account. Users may also choose to transfer their entire airdrop allocation to another independent self-custody wallet, provided the destination wallet also holds an active Extended account. In such cases, both wallets must fully accept the terms and pass the relevant compliance vetting process.
Users who complete signing before TGE will receive their tokens prior to XTEN’s official listing on Extended and other trading platforms. Late signers will receive tokens in rolling batches after signing. If further compliance review is required, distribution may experience minor delays.
Any unclaimed airdrop shares after the signing window closes will be automatically transferred to the ecosystem fund.
The XTEN staking program launches concurrently with TGE. Your staked XTEN balance directly determines your League Tier, which seamlessly applies across all sub-accounts under your name and governs your fee discount rate, vault yield multiplier, accelerated vault top-up cap, and referral commission multiplier.

The system includes two distinct XTEN fee discount dimensions:
Staking Discount: Based on League Tier, discount rates range from 5% at Pawn level to 30% at King level.
XTEN Payment Discount: When eligible transaction fees are settled directly using XTEN, users enjoy an additional 10% fee reduction. This feature will not launch immediately at TGE but is expected to be introduced in subsequent operational phases.
These discounts compound multiplicatively with applicable referral commission discounts. For example, a King-tier user enjoying 30% staking discount, 10% referral discount, and 10% XTEN payment discount can achieve a maximum composite fee discount of 43.3% on transaction volume-based fees when all apply.
The tiered fee schedule based on transaction volume will be formally introduced at TGE. Complete details on fees and rebates are available in the official documentation, with all token discounts applied on this base rate.
Your League Tier directly determines the acceleration multiplier for Extended Vault's bonus yield, ranging from 0.5x at Pawn level to 5x at King level—subject to tier-specific maximum deposit caps.
Previously, all tiered deposit caps were fixed at $300,000. Starting at TGE, deposit caps will be strictly tied to actual staked amounts, allowing large stakers to benefit from yield multipliers on deposits up to $2 million.
Post-TGE, staking tiers will formally replace the previous point ranking system. It should be noted that the multiplier applies only to bonus vault yields and does not affect the base yield, which remains consistent across all tiers.
Staking XTEN allows continuous earnings from a finite, pre-allocated reward pool. All rewards originate from a fixed genesis allocation and will never result in new token issuance.
Stake release begins in the first daily epoch following TGE and is distributed by the default prover node responsible for settling all transactions on the Arc chain. After the validator nodes are activated, stakers must manually delegate their staked XTEN to a chosen validator to continue receiving rewards.
A complete, detailed token release schedule will be fully disclosed prior to TGE.
Your League Tier also determines the commission multiplier for transaction fees generated by qualified referrers. This multiplier amplifies existing referral income but does not independently generate commissions. The Extended referral program will be upgraded at TGE to integrate the new staking multiplier system—details available in the official documentation.
Users interested in joining the referral program may submit applications through official channels.
XTEN in staking status cannot be transferred during the entire staking period or the 7-day unstaking queue. Tokens in the unstaking queue earn no staking rewards and do not count toward League Tier eligibility.

A total of 200,000,000 XTEN (200 million) is allocated to the ecosystem:
Of this, 150,000,000 XTEN (150 million) is dedicated to the release reserve pool—the sole funding source for all staking rewards.
The remaining 50,000,000 XTEN (50 million) is specifically assigned to the Ecosystem Development Fund:
21,410,714 XTEN remain reserved under the existing framework and follow the investor vesting schedule;
The remaining 28,589,286 XTEN are currently unallocated, reserved exclusively for future growth incentives, strategic partnerships, ecosystem grants, and long-term development.
The founders, team, and early investors category receives 500,000,000 XTEN (500 million, 50% of total supply).
No token allocations for founders, team members, or investors may be unlocked during the first 12 months post-launch.
After completing the 12-month cliff period, founders and team allocations will be released linearly over 36 months, from month 13 to month 48.

For TGE day initial unlock: the 300 million community airdrop and 28,589,286 unallocated ecosystem fund tokens are available for deployment on TGE day.
Among the 300 million airdrop units, 17,384,355 belong to the Extended internal market-making team’s earned points. This team was responsible for proprietary market-making operations from November 2024 to April 2026, accumulating points fairly alongside other users under full compliance with platform rules. Once Extended’s market depth and liquidity reached self-sufficiency, this market-making activity was fully terminated. These tokens are currently held by X10 Ltd., and neither the market-making team nor its lenders retained any portion. Part of these tokens will be used to support liquidity provision at XTEN’s launch, with transparent mechanisms disclosed prior to deployment; the remainder will be donated entirely to the ecosystem fund.
Thus, the actual publicly available free float at TGE consists solely of up to 300 million XTEN claimed by the community, capped at a maximum of 30% of total supply.
The maximum supply of XTEN is strictly locked at 1,000,000,000 units at genesis. The protocol contains no inflation mechanism, no additional minting functions, no governance pathways to increase the total supply cap, and no cross-chain backdoors allowing arbitrary token creation on other networks.
Total supply can only decrease. XTEN tokens used as transaction fees may be subject to direct burn. Furthermore, affiliated entities under the Extended Group have the right to repurchase XTEN on public markets, either for operational needs or for treasury governance and supply control purposes—including approved direct burns. Upon formal launch of the buyback program, all details will be fully disclosed.
XTEN will be natively integrated with Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) at launch. XTEN is the first third-party token on the Arc chain to receive native CCTP support.
From TGE onward, XTEN can be transferred natively and seamlessly between the Arc chain and other CCTP-enabled blockchains. Transactions occur via direct destruction on one chain and minting on the target chain, requiring no third-party bridges or wrapped assets. The cumulative circulating supply of XTEN across all chains remains strictly capped at 1 billion units.
At launch, Extended will temporarily restrict spot trading of XTEN for retail users within the European Union (EU).
The EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) imposes stringent compliance requirements for crypto-asset spot trading. While MiCA provides narrow exemptions for fully decentralized services, it is operationally difficult for Extended and its industry peers to safely rely on this exemption.
Although different platforms vary in their tolerance for regulatory risk, our team has chosen a more cautious and disciplined compliance path. Our long-term vision is to establish a licensed, regulated trading venue in Europe, serving retail and B2B2C markets through code-built infrastructure. Any regulatory penalties incurred from providing spot trading in the EEA could jeopardize this ambitious blueprint and harm our existing and potential collaborations with crypto-native institutions and traditional financial firms.
However, users in Europe may still claim, hold, stake, and conduct on-chain transfers of XTEN normally. XTEN will also be listed on several licensed external exchanges for public circulation.

XTEN cryptocurrency whitepaper and issuer details are publicly accessible in the official documentation.
The XTEN whitepaper has been formally filed with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), with validity covering Cyprus and 26 other EU member states. Since filing, certain mechanisms have undergone optimization and will be updated in the revised version, including:
Team Vesting Optimization: The original whitepaper applied a 12-month, 25% unlock schedule for investors to teams. Founders and team members have now voluntarily opted for linear monthly release after the one-year cliff, completely eliminating the concentrated massive unlock at month 12;
Token Release Mechanism: The original whitepaper stated no reward releases before validator activation. The optimized mechanism now enables token releases to begin immediately at TGE, distributed by the default prover node responsible for Arc transaction settlement;
Timeline Milestones: The original whitepaper set the first transfer date as November 2, 2026. The revised TGE date and distribution timing will be announced separately;
Vault Yield Multiplier: The original whitepaper did not include yield multipliers linked to staking volume. This module will be fully added in the updated version.
