ChainThink report, March 7: According to sources familiar with the matter cited by Bloomberg, Cerebras Systems, a company specializing in AI chips, has selected Morgan Stanley as the lead underwriter for its initial public offering (IPO), as the artificial intelligence chip manufacturer attempts once again to go public.


Some sources indicated that the fundraising target for this IPO could be around $2 billion, potentially taking place as early as April. Another source said Cerebras has resubmitted its IPO registration documents and plans to meet with analysts and potential investors this month. However, due to the confidential nature of the information, these sources requested anonymity.


The sources also noted that discussions remain ongoing, and specific details of the IPO may still change.
