View OriginalChainThink report, March 9: Brevis has announced the launch of Brevis Vera, a media authenticity verification system powered by zero-knowledge proofs (ZK). The system is designed to cryptographically verify whether published images and videos originate from genuine devices and ensure they have undergone only compliant and verifiable post-production editing.
Brevis Vera’s technical architecture integrates hardware-level capture signatures from the C2PA standard with zero-knowledge proofs generated by Brevis Pico zkVM. This foundational logic ensures that cryptographic proof of origin remains intact throughout the entire editing workflow, enabling authentic provenance tracking for digital content.
Currently, Brevis Vera is live and supports an open-source editing library.
