ChainThink report, March 12: According to Bloomberg, U.S. prosecutors stated that Sam Bankman-Fried's application for a retrial should be denied, as he failed to demonstrate any injustice in his conviction.


SBF is currently serving a 25-year prison sentence following a jury's 2023 determination that he was guilty of fraud and conspiracy in connection with the collapse of the FTX cryptocurrency exchange.
