View OriginalChainThink report, March 14: In response to the recent surge in Ethereum address poisoning attacks, CZ stated that block explorers should directly filter out such spam transactions instead of displaying them to users. He pointed out that these transactions can be easily and completely filtered at the technical level, a feature already implemented by wallet application Trust Wallet.
CZ also noted that while filtering spam transactions might have some impact on future micro-payment transactions between AI agents, similar spam detection and filtering can likewise be achieved through AI technologies at that time.
Previously, block explorer Etherscan warned that Ethereum address poisoning attacks are becoming increasingly automated and widespread, with attackers forging similar-looking addresses to trick users into mistakenly sending funds.
