ChainThink 消息，3 月 16 日，总部位于芝加哥的 BlockFills 已向美国特拉华州破产法院申请破产法第 11 章破产保护。该公司提交的文件显示，其估计资产在 5000 万美元至 1 亿美元之间，估计负债在 1 亿美元至 5 亿美元之间。


BlockFills 在周日发布的一份声明中表示，经过与投资者、客户和债权人的广泛讨论，第 11 章破产程序是「最负责任的前进道路。此次提交重组申请将使公司能够在法院监督下有序进行重组，同时保持透明度和监督。」该公司补充说，此举旨在「稳定业务，寻求更多流动资金和复苏途径，并探索潜在的战略交易」，同时强调保护客户利益「仍然是首要任务」。（The Block）
