ChainThink news, March 17: Singapore-based stablecoin payment infrastructure company dtcpay has completed a $10 million Series A funding round, led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India. dtcpay has obtained a Luxembourg electronic money institution license to expand regulated payment services across the European Economic Area.
