View OriginalChainThink report, March 20: According to Bloomberg, Yotta Data Services Pvt., the data center operator running India's largest-scale NVIDIA AI processor cluster, is seeking a new round of financing at a valuation of approximately $400 million ahead of filing its initial public offering (IPO) draft prospectus.
The Mumbai-based company plans to raise around $500 million to $600 million and intends to submit formal listing documents within weeks. According to informed sources, the company also plans to raise an equivalent amount through additional financing in its public offering.
