View OriginalChainThink report, March 20: According to Coinglass data, if Bitcoin breaks above $72,000, the cumulative short liquidation intensity across major CEXs will reach $590 million.
Conversely, if Bitcoin falls below $70,000, the cumulative long liquidation intensity across major CEXs will reach $275 million.
ChainThink Note: The liquidation map does not display the exact number of contracts awaiting liquidation or the precise value of liquidated contracts. Instead, the bars on the liquidation map represent the relative significance of each liquidation cluster compared to adjacent clusters—i.e., liquidation intensity.
Thus, the liquidation map illustrates the degree of impact when the mark price reaches a certain level. Higher "liquidation bars" indicate that, upon reaching that price level, a more pronounced reaction will occur due to the wave of liquidity.
