ChainThink reports: A senior official announced on Monday that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) will launch a new investigation into the 2023 cocaine discovery at the White House during Biden's term and the leak of the draft opinion in the 2022 Supreme Court case overturning Roe v. Wade. Deputy FBI Director Dan Coates, who previously hosted a right-wing podcast, announced the news on social media, stating that he has requested weekly updates on the case progress. Both incidents have become hot topics among American right-wingers. Two years ago, a small bag of cocaine was found near the West Wing entrance of the White House, which drew sarcastic comments from Republicans. At the time, Trump, who was then a Republican presidential candidate, said that the drugs could not belong to anyone other than Biden and his son Hunter, despite the fact that the Biden family was not in Washington at the time. On May 2, 2022, the draft opinion of the Supreme Court in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case was leaked, revealing that Roe v. Wade would be overturned and the constitutional right to abortion would be terminated. The leak incident prompted Trump's condemnation, whom called the leaker "a piece of filth" and demanded that the involved journalists be imprisoned until they revealed the leaker's identity. Previously, Coates had claimed without providing any evidence that a whistleblower told him that they suspected the evidence related to the cocaine bag at the White House might match a member of Biden's inner circle.
