ChainThink report, according to 13F filings, Leopold Aschenbrenner, a 25-year-old AI stock prodigy on Wall Street, disclosed the Q1 2025 holding report of his fund, Situational Awareness LP.

As of March 31, the fund's asset under management (AUM) surged by 148% month-over-month to $13.6 billion.

The disclosed holdings exceeding $100 million span sectors including semiconductors and compute infrastructure, with positions in VanEck ETF Trust (SMH) at $2.053 billion, Nvidia Corporation (NVDA) at $1.569 billion, Sandisk Corp (SNDK), Oracle Corp, and others each exceeding $1 billion.

Leopold Aschenbrenner, a German-origin investor born in 2001 or 2002, previously served as a researcher at OpenAI and held a role at FTX Future Fund; he founded this fund following the release of a 165-page viral paper in June 2024.

The fund focuses on AI infrastructure, achieving rapid scale expansion within less than two years since inception—its publicly disclosed holdings grew from approximately $225 million in Q4 2024 to around $5.52 billion in Q4 2025.
