ChainThink report, according to the 13F official filing, 25-year-old Wall Street AI prodigy Leopold Aschenbrenner’s fund Situational Awareness LP has disclosed its Q1 2025 holdings report.

As of March 31, the fund's asset size increased by 148% quarter-over-quarter to $13.6 billion.

The fund’s holdings exceeding $100 million include stocks in semiconductor and compute infrastructure sectors, with VanEck ETF Trust (SMH) valued at $2.053 billion, Nvidia Corporation (NVDA) at $1.569 billion, and individual positions in Sandisk Corp (SNDK), Oracle Corp, among others, all surpassing $1 billion.

Leopold Aschenbrenner, a German-origin investor born in 2001 or 2002, previously served as a researcher at OpenAI and held a position at FTX Future Fund; he founded this fund following the release of a 165-page viral research paper in June 2024.

The fund focuses on AI infrastructure, rapidly expanding since its inception less than two years ago—its publicly disclosed holdings rose from approximately $225 million in Q4 2024 to about $5.52 billion in Q4 2025.
