韩国6月存储半导体出口有望创历史新高，券商上调存储企业盈利预测

ChainThink 消息，6 月 22 日，据 Critini Research 分析师 Jukan 援引韩国 IT 科技媒体《电子新闻》内容，韩国 6 月存储半导体出口有望创历史新高，预计超过 5 月 371.6 亿美元纪录。

据韩国关税厅数据，6 月 1 日至 20 日，韩国主要存储产品出口额已超 230 亿美元，达到 5 月全月的 60% 以上。

报道称，受 AI 需求和供应短缺推动，6 月存储半导体总出口预计达 380 亿至 420 亿美元。

分品类看，HBM 出口额环比增长 51%，HBM 短缺影响外溢至通用 DRAM、NAND 和 SSD。

通用 DRAM 单价已涨至去年同期 2 至 3 倍，NAND 和 SSD 需求受 AI 推理服务器建设推动，环比分别增长 25% 至 28%。

存储半导体在韩国整体半导体出口中的占比从 70% 升至 90%，本月存储与系统半导体合计出口达 255 亿美元，6 月半导体总出口预计为 420 亿至 460 亿美元。

随着业绩走强，券商已上调韩国存储企业盈利预测。
