AI公司Upscale AI完成1.9亿美元融资，Premji Invest领投，英伟达等参投

ChainThink 消息，6 月 22 日，据公司公告，AI 基础设施初创公司 Upscale AI 完成 1.9 亿美元新一轮融资，Premji Invest 领投，英伟达、Salesforce Ventures 等参投。

融资后，公司估值达到 20 亿美元。本轮融资为其 A 轮延伸轮的一部分，使 Upscale AI 累计融资规模达到 5 亿美元。

Temasek、Seligman Ventures 等新投资方参与，Maverick Silicon、Mayfield、Prosperity7 Ventures、StepStone Group 及 Tiger Global 等老股东继续跟投。

Upscale AI 专注于 AI 大规模集群的网络基础设施，正在开发覆盖芯片、系统与软件的全栈 AI 网络架构，目标是构建适用于大规模 AI 工作负载的开放标准网络互联方案。

公司表示，随着 AI 集群规模扩大，网络性能正成为影响 GPU 利用率与训练效率的限制因素。

目前，Upscale AI 已与多家超大规模云厂商及新云基础设施提供商展开合作评估与部署，但未披露具体客户信息。
