Synthetix 发布 SIP-423 提案，拟逐步淘汰 sUSD 并改革 SNX 质押机制

ChainThink 消息，6 月 23 日，Synthetix 核心贡献者 Kain Warwick 与 Benjamin Celermajer 联合提交 SIP-423 提案，拟逐步淘汰 sUSD 稳定币，并改革「债务大赦」计划和 SNX 质押机制。

提案内容包括在以太坊主网和 Optimism 上冻结 sUSD，停止转账、铸造与销毁，并对持有人进行快照。

符合条件的持有人可按 1 sUSD = 4 SNX 的比例兑换新铸造的 SNX，兑换部分附带 1 年锁仓和 1 年线性释放。

此外，提案拟取消原有 sUSD 质押比例要求，将剩余债务转入新的质押模型，设置 4 年锁仓和 1 年线性释放；参与者可通过全额偿还债务提前退出，质押者也不再需要持有或质押 sUSD。

若协议在 2 年内产生超过 1000 万美元收入，其中 25% 将以 USDT 形式分配给旧 sUSD 持有人，具体参数可通过 SCCP 调整。
