AI基建短缺推升芯片均价：中国5月半导体出口额暴涨111%，出货量仅增2%

ChainThink 消息，数据显示，2026 年 5 月，中国半导体出口额同比增长 111%，达到创纪录的 360 亿美元；同期芯片实际出货量同比仅增长 2%。

AI 数据中心基建需求推高高附加值芯片均价，带动半导体出口额大幅上升。同期电脑和零部件出口同比增长 66%，约为 270 亿美元，创历史第二高水平。

芯片与电脑零部件在 5 月共同贡献中国进出口总增长约一半。当月中国整体出口同比增长 19%，进口同比增长 27%，顺差达到 1054 亿美元，为 2026 年 1 月以来最高水平。
