奥特曼财富闭环曝光：Helion持股冲上41亿美元，曾推动OpenAI注资5亿

ChainThink 消息，6 月 23 日，据《华尔街日报》援引马斯克诉 OpenAI 案流出的法庭文件报道，萨姆·奥特曼被披露通过 OpenAI 商业合同或合作协议，推高其个人投资初创公司的估值。

文件称，由于奥特曼不持有 OpenAI 股权，其财务回报主要依赖外部初创公司投资。

2026 年 6 月，OpenAI 大股东 Thrive Capital 以 155 亿美元估值投资核聚变公司 Helion 后，知情人士称奥特曼在 Helion 的个人持股价值已翻倍至至少 41 亿美元。

2025 年，奥特曼曾要求 OpenAI 向 Helion 投资约 5 亿美元，后因部分员工不安，OpenAI 拒绝该投资；

双方于 2026 年 3 月签署修订后的新合作协议，奥特曼同月卸任 Helion 董事。

此外，芯片商 Cerebras 获得 OpenAI 芯片采购承诺并完成 IPO 后，奥特曼在 Cerebras 的持股价值较 2025 年 12 月上涨 6 倍以上；

Retro Biosciences 与 OpenAI 达成研究合作后，奥特曼在 Retro 的持股价值截至 2025 年 12 月达 2.58 亿美元。

目前至少 10 家奥特曼投资公司与 OpenAI 存在关联交易，美国众议院监督委员会已展开正式调查，多位州总检察长也呼吁 SEC 对奥特曼进行审查。
