The decline in the U.S. semiconductor sector continues, with Intel dropping 9%

ChainThink News, June 23: According to market data, stocks of U.S. semiconductor-related companies mostly declined, with Intel (INTC.O) dropping 9%, Applied Materials (AMAT.O) down 9.7%, and Marvell Technology Group (MRVL.O) falling 9.2%.

Other individual stocks also weakened, including Arm (ARM.O) down 8.5%, AMD (AMD.O) off 7.5%, Qualcomm (QCOM.O) shedding 6.9%, Microchip Technology (MCHP.O) declining 5.4%, NVIDIA (NVDA.O) dropping 3.7%, and Broadcom (AVGO.O) down 2.8%.

Related ETFs also moved lower, with the iShares Semiconductor ETF sliding 6.9%, the VanEck Semiconductor ETF falling 6.2%, and the Roundhill Memory ETF plunging 13.5%.
