Vitalik：EF今年将削减约40%预算，转向长期捐赠基金模式与精简运营结构

ChainThink 消息，6 月 23 日，以太坊联合创始人 Vitalik Buterin 发文表示，以太坊基金会（EF）今年将预算削减约 40%，作为财政转型计划的一部分。

根据此前发布的资金管理政策，EF 正从「支出型组织」转向「长期捐赠基金」模式，目标是将年支出比例从此前约 15% 逐步降至 2030 年后的约 5%。

本轮重组中，EF 已减少约 54 名员工，约占团队总数的 20%。Vitalik 表示，部分离职成员未来仍可能以外部形式继续参与以太坊生态建设。

EF 后续将转向更轻量化的协议治理与开发路径，推进覆盖共识机制、隐私技术、账户模型与状态结构等方向的长期路线图，并减少跨领域大型项目投入，更强调协议安全性与高价值改进。
