ChainThink 消息，6 月 24 日，据公告，BNB 财库公司 CEA Industries 与 YZi Labs Management 签署合作协议，双方终止代理权争夺。

根据协议，CEA Industries 即刻任命 Ella Zhang、Alex Odagiu 和 Matthew Roszak 为董事会成员。

董事会还将成立首席执行官遴选委员会，重点关注具备上市公司和数字资产经验的候选人。Alex Odagiu 将加入 BNC 执行团队并担任临时总裁，直接向董事会汇报，直至新任首席执行官任命。
