韩国修订后上市规定将实施，部分 KOSDAQ 加密 DAT 公司面临退市风险

ChainThink 消息，7 月 1 日起，韩国修订后的上市规定将正式实施，科斯达克市场留存门槛将上调。

据《朝鲜日报》报道，受加密资产价格下跌和科斯达克资金外流影响，部分投资加密资产的 DAT（数字资产财库）上市公司面临退市风险。

其中，Bitmaxs 市值为 131 亿韩元，已低于下半年最低标准 200 亿韩元；

Parataxis Ethereum 市值为 268 亿韩元，Bit Planet 市值为 331 亿韩元，虽暂时达标，但均低于明年 1 月上调后的 300 亿韩元标准。

报道称，比特币价格自去年高点 12 万美元跌至本月 5 万美元后半段，导致相关 DAT 企业出现大规模账面评估损失。

新规同时明确限制企业通过减资、股票合并等方式规避退市，若市值继续下滑，相关公司最早或于明年初启动退市程序。
