韩国第二大加密交易平台Bithumb引入券商股东，Kiwoom证券寻求定向增发入股

ChainThink 消息，6 月 29 日，据相关报道，韩国 Kiwoom 证券正与 Bithumb 洽谈通过第三方定向增发入股事宜，拟以认购新股方式持股，具体持股比例和投资规模仍在协商中。

在此之前，三星、未来资产和韩国投资证券等机构也已参与加密交易所股权布局。Bithumb 表示，正就多种合作可能性与金融机构及企业展开讨论，尚无具体方案确定。

韩国金融监管层目前正推进虚拟资产法第二阶段改革，拟原则上将交易所主要股东持股比例上限设为 20%，例外情形可放宽至 34%。

Bithumb 现任最大股东 Bithumb Holdings 持股 73.56%，若相关规定落地，或面临较大减持压力。

Bithumb 同时正推进 KOSDAQ 上市计划，主承销商为三星证券，并通过拆分核心交易业务与新业务板块提升估值。

Kiwoom 证券此次入股是否构成上市前战略融资，以及与上市时间表的衔接安排，仍有待进一步明确。
