TD Cowen下调Strategy目标价至260美元，但称其新资本框架「具有建设性」

ChainThink 消息，6 月 30 日，据报道，TD Cowen 将 Strategy 目标价从 400 美元下调至 260 美元，维持“买入”评级，并称其最新资本框架具有建设性。

此次下调主要源于该行下修比特币价格预期，而非对资本框架本身的负面判断。

TD Cowen 将 2026 年底比特币价格预期从约 14 万美元下调至约 10 万美元，将 2027 年底预期从 19 万美元下调至约 13.5 万美元。

按 Strategy 周一 92.68 美元收盘价计算，260 美元目标价仍对应逾 200% 上行空间。

据报道，Strategy 已将美元储备重建至 25.5 亿美元，过去一周发行逾 1200 万股普通股，期间未购入比特币。

TD Cowen 认为，此举有助于提升市场对其穿越比特币长期下行周期能力的信心。

此外，Strategy 获批最多 10 亿美元优先股回购及 10 亿美元普通股回购，并设定 12.5 亿美元比特币变现计划上限，相关资金将用于补充美元储备。

STRC 优先股股息率也已从 11.5% 上调至 12%。
