英伟达推出「AI计算合伙人计划」：用算力兜底换取云厂商收入分成与股权

ChainThink 消息，7 月 2 日，据相关报道，英伟达正推进「AI 计算合伙人计划」，向初创云服务商提供算力产能兜底。

若其采购的 GPU 未能租出，英伟达将出资租回闲置算力，作为回报获取部分云服务收入分成或股权。

该安排可为信用评级较低、融资能力较弱的初创云厂商提供信用背书，帮助其获得数据中心建设和 GPU 采购所需贷款。

报道提及，英伟达此前曾承诺为 CoreWeave 兜底价值 63 亿美元的未售出算力，期限至 2032 年；

近期也在洽谈为 OpenAI 拟建的 5000 亿美元大型数据中心提供类似财务担保。
