ChainThink 消息，7 月 2 日，据官方公告，数字资产代币化平台 Securitize 已在纽约证券交易所挂牌上市，股票代码为 SECZ。

公司同时宣布将自身股票上链，代币化 SECZ 将率先在 Avalanche 和 Solana 上发行。

该产品将通过 Securitize 的受监管平台向美国符合条件的投资者开放，投资者需完成注册、KYC/AML 审核，并满足所在司法辖区及适用证券法要求。
