巴西 VASP 纳入证券经纪商同等监管框架，2027 年起执行

ChainThink 消息，据 Bitcoin.com 报道，巴西央行发布第 580/2026 号决议，修订第 436/2024 号及第 201/2022 号决议，将虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）及以其为主导的集团纳入 Type 3 分类，适用与证券经纪商、证券分销商及外汇经纪商相同的监管要求。

自 1月1日起，相关机构需遵守审慎监管要求，包括风险管理规则、资本要求及信息披露政策。

此外，无论规模大小，VASP 需在 6月30日前纳入 Segment 4，且不具备获得 Segment 5 简化合规待遇的资格。
