腾讯混元3.0正式版开源：换用Apache 2.0扫清出海限制，幻觉率减半

ChainThink 消息，7 月 6 日，据官方发布，腾讯正式开源 295B 参数的混元 3.0（Hy3）混合专家模型正式版，开源许可证调整为 Apache 2.0，并取消此前对欧盟、英国和韩国的地域使用限制。

正式版同时对模型能力进行优化，新增 3.8B 参数的多 Token 预测层以支持并行生成，降低推理延迟。

数据显示，其幻觉率由 12.5% 降至 5.4%，多轮交互测试出错率由 17.4% 降至 7.9%。

在工具调用场景中，混元 3.0 针对智能体开发做了定向优化，在 Cline、CodeBuddy 等主流脚手架中的跨框架工具调用准确率波动被压缩至 4% 以内。

官方还同步发布 FP8 量化版本，以降低本地部署和微调的显存门槛。
