Mercado Bitcoin 成立于 2013 年，业务涵盖交易及交易所基础设施、代币化投资产品、信贷和借贷、基于稳定币的支付、银行基础设施以及跨境金融服务。

该平台目前服务 450 万用户，已发行超 20 亿雷亚尔代币化资产，并在巴西和欧洲持有 10 多个运营牌照，包括巴西中央银行颁发的支付机构牌照、经纪交易商牌照、证券化平台和资产管理牌照。
