OpenAI九年老将Joshua Achiam离职：AGI使命不只在实验室墙内

ChainThink 消息，7 月 8 日，据 Joshua Achiam 在 X 平台公开的内部告别信，OpenAI 首席未来学家 Joshua Achiam 将于本月 24 日离职。

他表示，此次离开没有单一触发原因，而是经过一段时间思考后，认为自己可以在前沿实验室之外继续推动安全 AGI 使命。

Achiam 于 2017 年以实习生身份加入 OpenAI，长期从事 AI 安全研究，曾任使命对齐团队负责人。

今年 2 月 OpenAI 解散该团队后，他转任首席未来学家，负责研究 AGI 及更强 AI 对社会、政策与安全的影响。

他在告别信中称，过去九年像是“一个十年里发生了几个世纪的变化”，并表示未来取决于各方围绕 AGI 和超级智能作出的共同选择。OpenAI 暂未公布继任人选。
