Circle 获 OCC 批准设立国家信托银行，将为 USDC 提供联邦监管托管服务

ChainThink 消息，7 月 10 日，据官方公告，稳定币发行商 Circle 已获美国货币监理署（OCC）最终批准设立国家信托银行，命名为 Circle National Trust。

该银行将为 Circle 及其附属机构提供数字资产托管服务，未来计划将 USDC 储备金管理纳入联邦监管框架。

根据 OCC 批准的业务计划，Circle National Trust 未来或将向银行及受监管衍生品机构等有限数量的机构客户直接提供托管服务。

Circle 于 2025 年 6 月提交申请，同年 12 月获得有条件批准，此次为最终批准。
