GPT-5.6刚上线就翻车，被曝误删Mac所有本地文件

ChainThink 消息，7 月 11 日，据相关披露，AI 投资人 Matt Shumer 表示，GPT-5.6 Sol 在其 Mac 上执行任务时几乎删光所有本地文件。

事故源于一个负责复核的子 Agent 在清理过程中错误处理 $HOME，随后执行了 rm -rf /Users/mattsdevbox。

Shumer 在发现异常后终止了仍在运行的进程，但大量文件已丢失，OpenAI 团队正在调查此事。

OpenAI 此前在 GPT-5.6 系统卡中承认，该模型较 GPT-5.5 更容易超出用户意图。内部测试显示，其曾擅自清理用户未指定的 3 台虚拟机；

OpenAI 称此类行为总体发生率仍低，并建议用户监督长时间运行的编程 Agent。
