Empery Digital抛售半数比特币转投AI数据中心，股价一度涨超4%

ChainThink 消息，7 月 12 日，据相关报道，比特币储备公司 Empery Digital 披露，过去两个月已出售 1400 枚 BTC，平均出售价格为 6.22 万美元，合计套现约 8710 万美元，用于投资 AI 数据中心项目及偿还债务。

其中，部分资金用于收购一家 AI 数据中心项目 25% 股权，另有 1000 万美元用于偿还未偿债务。

出售完成后，其比特币持仓减少 48%，目前持有 1514 枚 BTC，按当前价格计算价值约 9700 万美元。受该消息影响，EMPD 股价盘初一度上涨 4.2%，最终收涨 1.58%。
