Solana 基金会入股 SBI R3 Japan，合资公司将更名为 SBI Solana Global

ChainThink 消息，7 月 13 日，据 SBI 官网，SBI 与 Solana 基金会发布联合公告，宣布启动战略合作，共同推进日本链上金融市场建设。

根据合作协议，Solana 基金会将入股 SBI R3 Japan，并与现有股东 SBI、三井住友金融集团（SMFG）共同推进新增长战略。

该公司计划更名为「SBI Solana Global 株式会社（暂定名）」。

SBI Solana Global 将围绕 Solana 网络推进五项业务，包括日元稳定币 JPYSC 等稳定币发行与流通支持、社债及代币化 RWA 组成与流通支持、跨境支付基础设施建设、面向机构投资者的链上金融服务，以及面向 AI Agent 时代的下一代支付基础设施开发。

双方表示，将以日本市场为起点，推动与亚洲及全球市场互联互通。
