FT：Circle曾封禁获Tether支持的加密基金账户，后获得仲裁裁定支持

ChainThink 消息，7 月 15 日，据《金融时报》报道，最新公开的法庭文件显示，Circle 曾于 2023 年底封禁由 Tether 支持的加密基金 Heka Funds，理由是怀疑其通过大规模套利操作操纵市场，并帮助 Tether 扩大市场份额。

文件显示，2023 年硅谷银行危机期间，USDC 一度跌破 1 美元锚定价格，Heka 持续买入折价 USDC 并向 Circle 赎回美元现金。

Circle 认为，Heka 的赎回规模远超其他市场参与者，并怀疑相关资金最终流向 Tether。

仲裁文件披露，Tether 曾向 Heka 投资约 8 亿美元，占基金资产约 75%，并免除其稳定币铸造费用。

仲裁员认为，Heka 未如实披露与 Tether 的支持关系，且明知相关信息会引发 Circle 担忧。2024 年，Heka 因账户被封提起仲裁，索赔约 4900 万美元利润损失。

今年 2 月，仲裁员驳回 Heka 全部索赔，认定其存在恶意行为，并裁定其向 Circle 支付约 16.6 万美元律师费及专家费用。

Heka 否认存在市场操纵行为，并称从未因此受到监管调查；Circle 拒绝置评，Tether 未回应置评请求。
