白宫高层或将与参议员会面，就《CLARITY Act》伦理条款寻求突破

ChainThink 消息，7 月 15 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国白宫高级官员预计将于本周四与参议员会面，就《CLARITY Act》中争议较大的伦理条款寻求妥协，参与者可能包括白宫幕僚长 Susie Wiles。

目前该法案的主要未决问题是限制政府高级官员个人加密资产利益的伦理条款。

民主党参议员要求对总统、副总统及国会议员的加密相关商业利益加以限制，相关讨论主要指向特朗普，其 2025 年已从加密行业相关业务中获益逾 10 亿美元。

参议员 Ruben Gallego 和 Angela Alsobrooks 此前表示，若无法纳入伦理条款，将不支持法案最终通过。

几乎定稿的法案文本原计划本周开始流通，但因谈判仍在进行可能推迟。参议院将于 8 月初进入夏季休会。

参议院多数党领袖 John Thune 表示，无论最终措辞是否落定，都将在本月推进《CLARITY Act》立法程序。
