美国 ITC 发布对外国制造的半导体器件及其下游产品和组件的 337 部分终裁

ChainThink 消息，7 月 16 日，据新浪财经报道，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定，对特定动态随机存取存储器（DRAM）设备及其下游产品和组件（II）启动 337 调查，调查编码为 337-TA-1511。

该案主张相关产品在对美出口、在美进口及在美销售过程中违反美国 337 条款，涉及美国注册专利号 12,646,537、12,650,937，并请求 ITC 发布有限排除令和禁止令。

列名被告包括韩国 Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.，美国 Samsung Electronics America, Inc.、Samsung Semiconductor, Inc.、Google LLC、Super Micro Computer, Inc.、NVIDIA Corp. 及 Broadcom Inc.。

ITC 将在立案后 45 天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决外，ITC 在 337 案件中发布的救济令自发布之日起生效，并于发布后第 60 日起具有终局效力。
