Polygon Labs收购Coinme进入最后阶段，并启动裁员

ChainThink 消息，7 月 16 日，据 Polygon Labs CEO Marc Boiron 发文，Polygon Labs 对 Coinme 的收购已进入最后阶段，交易完成后 Coinme 团队将并入 Polygon Labs。

Marc Boiron 表示，此次整合属于公司更广泛的合并计划，目标是推动 Polygon Labs 于 2027 年实现盈利。整合过程中，Polygon Labs 已于今日裁减多名员工。

Marc Boiron 称，公司正从区块链基金会转型为区块链支付公司，组织架构和人才配置需求发生变化，此次调整与离职员工工作质量无关。

他还表示，Polygon Labs 当前营收表现强劲，稳定币交易量持续创下新高，客户储备超出预期，链上支付解决方案已快速上线；公司将为受影响员工提供遣散补偿和相关支持。
