微软CEO批评Anthropic对Fable模型使用施加限制，主张企业自主开发低成本AI模型

ChainThink 消息，7 月 17 日，据 CNBC 报道，微软 CEO Satya Nadella 在面向 Copilot 工程师的内部会议上批评 Anthropic 对 Fable 模型施加使用限制，称其拒绝部分请求的方式「受到过度的编辑控制」，并表示该做法缺乏合理性。

Anthropic 支持页面显示，当用户询问部分大模型开发相关内容时，平台可能改用旧版本模型作答。

Anthropic 此前称，Fable 5 恢复上线后采用的新安全措施，可能会将更多无害请求误判为需要拦截的内容。

微软此前宣布向 Anthropic 投资 50 亿美元，Anthropic 同时承诺在 Azure 上支出 300 亿美元。

微软部分 Copilot 产品也使用 Anthropic 模型，Nadella 的表态涉及其重要合作伙伴及客户。

Nadella 同时表示，企业应能够以更低成本开发定制模型并控制内部数据，而不应由少数公司垄断 AI Token 资源。他称，不能只有全球两家公司拥有 Token 资本，其他人只能租用。
