Kimi K3强到让OpenAI战略负责人开始讨论美国如何设防

ChainThink 消息，7 月 18 日，OpenAI 战略负责人 Dean W. Ball 表示，Kimi K3 是一款能力较强的模型，其在 Agent 编程中的表现已接近 2026 年第一季度最好的公开模型，相关能力不能简单用蒸馏解释。

Ball 认为，中国开源模型带来的压力不只是低价竞争。

若开放模型足够强，开发者对闭源模型的持续付费意愿可能下降，模型厂商利润和投资者预期也会受到影响，进而削弱美国企业投入数千亿美元训练下一代模型的动力。

他还称，开放权重会加速技术扩散，但可能压缩前沿模型训练的商业回报，使模型研发更多依赖其他业务补贴或政府出资，类似电网、道路等公共基础设施。

Ball 预计，美国政府未来可能通过提示后门、数据安全和合规风险等方式，限制中国模型进入美国企业，尤其是银行等受监管行业；

他认为，即使证据并不充分，只要制造足够不确定性，也可能影响企业采用。
