美银：第三季度DRAM均价或环比上涨21%，高于TrendForce预测

ChainThink 消息，7 月 19 日，据美银全球研究《Global Memory Tech》报告，渠道调查显示，第三季度新议定的 DRAM 合约价格涨幅高于市场预期。

美银预计，第三季度全球 DRAM 平均售价将环比上涨 21%，高于 TrendForce 预测。

报告称，服务器 DRAM 价格环比上涨 20% 至 30%，主要由高速 LPDDR5 带动，高于市场原先预计的不超过 20%。

现货需求同样强劲，商品 DDR5 及传统 DDR4 价格在 7 月继续环比上涨。高价 HBM4 近期订单增加，价格较低的 HBM3E 订单占比下降。

长期供应协议覆盖的 DRAM 销售占比明显低于 50%，非长期协议销售占比约 60% 至 70%；即使在长期协议下，部分订单也已确定环比上涨 5% 至 10%。

美银表示，部分 OEM 厂商加快下单，显示 DRAM 与 NAND 价格环比涨幅均可能超过 20%。

TrendForce 此前预测，传统 DRAM 第三季度上涨 13% 至 18%，包含 HBM 后上涨 8% 至 13%。
