韩国Meritz证券：中东主权AI投资者开始与韩国厂商洽谈中长期存储采购，预计Q3 DRAM合约价环比涨幅或超15%

ChainThink 消息，7 月 19 日，据韩国 Meritz 证券报告，包括沙特阿拉伯在内的中东主权 AI 投资者，近期已开始与韩国存储芯片制造商讨论中长期存储产品采购计划。

报告称，需求增长已推动服务器 DRAM 现货市场出现价格上行压力，总线速度达 6400Mbps 的高端产品涨幅尤为明显。

64GB DDR5 服务器 DRAM 现货价格自 7 月中旬以来升至 3100 至 3400 美元，较 6 月底约 1380 美元的合约价格最高高出约 146%。

Meritz 证券预计，2026 年第三季度服务器 DRAM 合约价格环比涨幅可能超过市场当前约 15% 的预期；

第二季度采用更灵活、对客户更有利定价的供应商，第三、第四季度价格涨幅可能更明显。
