ChainThink 消息，7 月 21 日，据 Bloomberg 报道，Tether 旗下 Twenty One Capital、Strike 及 Elektron Energy 的三方合并计划已终止。

Twenty One Capital 与 Strike 双料 CEO Jack Mallers 已卸任 Twenty One Capital 职务，Elektron CEO Raphael Zagury 接任该职位。
