月之暗面加速资本化，Kimi K3发布后冲刺500亿美元估值

ChainThink 消息，7 月 22 日，据金十报道，中国 AI 大模型公司月之暗面计划于 8 月启动上市前最后一轮融资谈判，目标投前估值为 500 亿美元。

报道称，月之暗面预计近期完成一轮融资，对应估值约 315 亿美元；完成后将与潜在投资者推进下一轮融资洽谈，该轮融资或成为其赴港上市前最后一次私募融资。

市场人士认为，若计划顺利推进，公司最快可能于今年启动港股上市进程。此次估值提升的推动因素之一是月之暗面近期发布的新一代大模型 Kimi K3。

据介绍，Kimi K3 参数规模达 2.8 万亿，支持百万级 Token 上下文窗口，是目前全球参数规模最大的开源模型之一。

后续投资者或将关注月之暗面的收入增长、算力成本控制，以及 Kimi 系列模型能否形成稳定商业模式。
