Coinbase 起诉 SEC 胜诉，获赔 15 万美元

ChainThink 消息，7 月 22 日，据《华尔街日报》报道，Coinbase 就美国政府“窒息行动 2.0”（Operation Choke Point 2.0）对加密行业的相关行动提起诉讼并获胜，SEC 因删除短信证据被裁定赔偿 15 万美元。

报道称，该行动此前通过向银行施压，促使其切断与合法加密货币企业及用户的业务往来。

众议院金融服务委员会民主党首席议员 Maxine Waters 也批评了政府在无理由、无申诉渠道情况下关闭公民银行账户的做法。
