美参议员Cynthia Lummis：未来数日将继续推动两党就《CLARITY法案》达成协议，使其成为法律

ChainThink 消息，7 月 23 日，据 X 平台消息，美国参议员 Cynthia Lummis 表示，将在未来数日继续推动两党就新版《CLARITY 法案》草案达成协议，并推动其最终成为法律。

Lummis 称，消费者保护与支持创新并不矛盾，并感谢民主党同僚对新版草案作出的贡献。此前，美国参议院共和党人在与行业相关方举行简报电话会议后发布新版《CLARITY 法案》。

新版文本拟禁止总统、副总统、国会议员、联邦法官等官员及其配偶在任期间通过发行或赞助数字资产获得报酬，相关条款有效期至 1月20日。

受约束官员还须出售加密资产及加密企业投资，或将其置于本人无法控制的盲托信托；超过 1000 美元的加密资产出售须披露。
