半导体股普涨，泛林集团（LRCX）涨 1.31%，英特尔（INTC）涨 2.63%，应用材料（AMAT）涨 1.98%，Arm（ARM）涨 0.56%。

存储板块涨幅居前，海力士（SKHY）涨 6.91%，美光科技（MU）涨 3.07%，西部数据（WDC）涨 2.5%，闪迪（SNDK）涨 1.85%，希捷科技（STX）涨 2.6%。

光通信概念股中，Astera Labs（ALAB）涨 1.39%，Applied Optoelectronics（AAOI）涨 4.06%，Coherent（COHR）涨 2.33%，Credo（CRDO）涨 2.52%，Lumentum（LITE）涨 3.13%。
