AMD推出全新X100芯片系列，主要面向机器人及物理AI领域

ChainThink 消息，7 月 24 日，AMD 已发布 Ryzen AI Embedded X100 系列处理器，主要面向机器人、工业自动化、医疗健康及其他嵌入式计算系统。

该系列采用与 Ryzen AI Max 系列相同的 Strix Halo 芯片设计，结合 Zen 5 CPU 核心、RDNA 3.5 GPU 以及 XDNA 2 NPU AI 加速单元，用于物理 AI 场景下的实时感知和 AI 推理。

X100 系列最高支持 16 个 Zen 5 CPU 核心，并采用统一内存架构，以满足机器人和工业设备运行大规模 AI 模型、视觉处理和自主决策等需求。

AMD 此前已在 CES 2026 期间预览该系列。
