IMF警告AI重塑金融体系,速度、关联性与网络风险成稳定性新挑战

ChainThink 消息,7 月 24 日,据国际货币基金组织(IMF)发布的警告,人工智能正进入金融体系核心环节,并改变交易、信贷、监管和金融基础设施运行方式。

IMF 称,大规模同步使用 AI 模型可能放大市场波动,并带来新的系统性风险。

IMF 表示,金融监管机构需重点关注三方面:加强对 AI 驱动交易、信贷业务和监管科技(SupTech)的治理;提升市场对 AI 应用、模型依赖和风险敞口的透明度;

加强国际合作,提高金融体系韧性和网络防御能力。IMF 指出,AI 正在压缩金融市场决策时间,机器学习模型已被用于交易策略、高频信号生成、企业财报分析和信贷风险评估。

在市场压力时期,若大量 AI 模型基于类似数据和信号同时调整仓位,可能引发“AI 羊群效应”,加剧波动并增加“闪崩”风险。

IMF 同时警告,AI 模型不透明性会增加监管难度,金融机构对少数云服务商、数据供应商和 AI 模型提供商的集中依赖也可能形成新风险来源。

IMF 强调,AI 可增强监管判断,但不能取代人工决策。
