BitMEX 宣布关闭当日遭遇 623 BTC 集体诉讼

ChainThink 消息，7 月 24 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，BitMEX 被 BKX Services Inc. 及 David Namdar 在纽约南区联邦法院提起集体诉讼，原告指控其内部交易团队在服务器冻结期间利用特权访问，操纵强制清算机制并非法获取客户比特币抵押品。

诉讼称，两名原告合计损失 622.66 BTC，其中 BKX 损失至少 305.81 BTC，David Namdar 损失逾 316.85 BTC。

原告要求返还被扣押比特币，并索取补偿性及惩罚性赔偿。该集体诉讼拟代表范围涵盖 7月23日以来购买 BTC 掉期产品的美国用户。

同日，BitMEX 母公司 HDR Global Trading 宣布将于 9 月 23 日停止服务，并已停止接受新用户注册；消息公布后，BMEX 代币价格下跌约 90%。
